1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a BookBloom account, signing in, or using any part of the BookBloom service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms will be reviewed and finalized by counsel before BookBloom begins accepting payments.
2. The service
BookBloom provides a hosted customer-engagement system for local service businesses, including missed-call follow-up, lead capture, quote follow-ups, review requests, and customer status pages. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business in order to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, harass any person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate any applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/CCPA, and state-level consumer protection laws). You must obtain valid consent before sending any SMS or email from BookBloom on behalf of your business.
5. Customer data and tenancy
Your business's customer data belongs to your business. BookBloom stores it in a multi-tenant database, isolated by business identifier, and does not sell or share it with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Fees and trials
Pricing for paid plans is shown on the public pricing page. Fees for the Sprint-2 build are not yet billed; this section will be updated once Stripe billing ships in a later sprint. Free trials, when offered, are limited to one per business.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@bookbloomhq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, that creates risk to BookBloom or its users, or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. BookBloom does not guarantee any specific business outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BookBloom's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookBloom is incorporated, to be finalized by counsel.
13. Contact
