1. Free trial
BookBloom offers a 14-day free trial on monthly plans. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. After the trial, the plan you selected begins billing automatically until you cancel.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If you cancel a monthly plan, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made. We do not, by default, refund partial months. Exceptions are described in section 4.
3. Setup fees and overages
Where applicable, setup fees and SMS overage charges are non-refundable once delivered. Please review your plan's included SMS volume before confirming.
4. When we will issue a refund
- Duplicate or accidental charge: we will refund any duplicate charge promptly upon request.
- Service unavailability: if BookBloom is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may issue a pro-rata service credit at our discretion.
- Onboarding misfit: within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, if you can show that the product genuinely cannot serve your trade as described, contact us — we'll work toward a fair outcome.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@bookbloomhq.com with your business name and the charge in question. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most refund situations can be resolved faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
8. Note
Stripe billing is not yet enabled in BookBloom. This refund policy is a placeholder draft pending counsel review and the Stripe-billing milestone.
